Guests help themselves
When people can find things for themselves, your team fields fewer “where’s the shop?” questions and everyone gets a calmer arrival.
Product
A branded, interactive map for the screens around your holiday park. Put it on a touchscreen at reception, on your welcome displays or at a wayfinding point, and let guests scan a QR code to carry the same map on their phone. Run it on screens you already have, or ask us to supply a touchscreen with it loaded and ready.
01 What it is
Most digital signage for holiday parks comes down to one thing: a screen that helps guests find their way and shows them what’s on. Parkscape builds that part for you. It’s a branded interactive holiday park map that looks right on a big reception touchscreen, a welcome display or a screen at a wayfinding point, and it stays up to date all season.
You can run it on screens you already have, and it’s the same map guests open on their own phones from a QR code. If you’d rather not source a screen yourself, we can supply one with the map set up (more on that below). Want something for print and welcome packs too? It shares a foundation with our digital park maps.
02 Where it goes
A large, tap-friendly map on a screen at reception, so guests can find their pitch, the pool or the beach for themselves instead of queuing to ask.
A branded map on your arrival and information screens that shows the whole park, what’s on, and where to find it. It sets the tone before guests have even unpacked.
Screens at the main junctions and amenity blocks help guests get their bearings across a bigger park, day or night, with no paper map to keep reprinting.
A QR code on any screen opens the same map on the guest’s own phone, so it stays with them long after they’ve walked away from the display.
03 Optional extra
Plenty of parks are happy to buy a touchscreen and put it up themselves, and a standard commercial one does the job nicely. If you’d rather skip that, we can supply a large touchscreen with your map already loaded and set to open full screen, so all you do is turn it on.
We use an ordinary commercial touchscreen rather than a pricey proprietary signage system, so you’re not paying over the odds for the hardware.
Your map is loaded and locked to full screen before it arrives. There’s nothing to install or configure. You plug it in and it’s working.
Already have a screen, or a supplier you like? The map runs on that just as well. The screen is the optional bit; the map is what we make.
04 Why it works
When people can find things for themselves, your team fields fewer “where’s the shop?” questions and everyone gets a calmer arrival.
Change the map once and every screen updates with it, along with the version on guests’ phones. Nothing to reprint when something moves or the season changes.
Give your best lodges, the bar and the pool a bit of prominence, so an information screen quietly does some selling for you too.
The same map runs on your reception touchscreen, your other displays, your website and guests’ phones, so it looks like you wherever people see it.
05 How it works
Your existing site map, accommodation and pitch information, facilities, photographs and branding.
We turn that into an interactive map designed around your park, built to look good on a big screen and on a phone.
You check it over on screen and tell us what to change until every pin is right.
Open the map full screen on your touchscreen or displays, embed it on your website, and print QR codes for signs and welcome packs.
